While
Reliability Solutions, Inc. offers only one RCM Facilitator Training course, several other companies offer several different versions of
RCM Training. If your company is thinking about starting a Reliability Centered Maintenance effort you should take some time and does some research to ensure your company gets the best
RCM Training and Facilitator Certification at a competitive cost. This training should be viewed as an investment with the expectations that your company will receive a return on that investment within six months to two years of the training.
Consulting companies who care about your company and your RCM effort will work with you to develop a plan for the selection of your facilitators, the
RCM training and facilitator mentoring. The Reliability Solutions, Inc. RCM Blitz Facilitator training course is a one week event that is held on site at your plant, the course includes the RCM Blitz Database, Training Manual as well as the
RCM Blitz Participant Training module and presentation for future analysis participants. Once the RCM Training has been completed, your first group of facilitators will be given one week to prepare for their first RCM Blitz analysis. Following that week they will begin their first mentored RCM analysis by presenting the RCM Blitz Participant training to their new RCM team and immediately following that training they will begin their first RCM analysis.
While some
RCM Training providers are happy to provide RCM Facilitator Training without mentoring, at Reliability Solutions, Inc, we understand the benefits that go along with RCM training and mentoring. As RCM Facilitator Mentors, our people will work closely with your facilitators at times they will be leading the analysis to demonstrate proper techniques to ensure to ensure your facilitator understand and follow the RCM Blitz process. For each RCM analysis your facilitators will be ranked against our certification criteria and given feedback on areas they have excelled and areas they need improvement. For areas needing improvement the facilitators will be provided with feed back on how to improve that skill.
